Policies and Tuition for the 2015-2016 School Year.

  • There is a $50 per student per school-year registration fee.
    Duration of each class
    Fee for a 10-week session (meet once per week)
    60 minutes
    85 minutes
  • Full payment is due at registration. If a student registers after the start of the session, the fee will be pro-rated in accordance with the number of meetings remaining in the session.

    Refunds: If there is insufficient enrollment for a class, the class is subject to cancellation and the class fee is refunded to the family. Other than cancelled classes due to insufficient enrollment, there are no refunds.

    Limited capacity: Registration is based on first-come, first-serve, using the date of registration. If maximum registrations are reached for specific classes, students will be referred to other sections of the same class or placed on a waiting list.

    Materials: All worksheets and materials are included in the club fee. Use of robots and computers during meeting are also included in the club fee. Transportation to any off-site competitions or events is the responsibility of the parents.

    Missed Classes: There are no refunds for missed classes.

  • Cancellations: There is a built-in make-up day at the end of each 10-week session. Administration reserves the right to cancel class due to inclement weather. The make-up day is first used to replace a cancelled class due to implement weather. If there is no cancelled class due to inclement weather, this make-up class can be used by students who miss a class due to sickness or scheduling conflict. If there are multiple weather cancellations during one session, class will be rescheduled or refunded.
